La conservación y ornato de la Quinta de San Pedro Alejandrino a que se atiende por el artículo 2º, estará a cargo de una Junta formada por el Gobernador del Departamento del Magdalena, el Presidente de la Sociedad Boliviana en Santa Marta, dos vecinos de conocida honorabilidad nombrados por el Consejo Municipal de la misma ciudad, y dos miembros de la Sociedad "Jardineras de San Pedro Alejandrino", nombrados por esta misma Sociedad. Dicha Junta funcionará ad honorem.
