La sentencia adversa al actor, si no fuere apelada, será consultada con el superior. Para esta ciase de procesos no tendrá aplicación el artículo 336 del Código de Procedimiento Civil, en cuanto exige consultar la sentencia adversa al demandado representado por Curador ad litem.
