Objeto. El presente decreto tiene por objeto establecer los requisitos para la constitución, funcionamiento, habilitación y clasificación de los Centros de Enseñanza Automovilística, determinar los requisitos para el funcionamiento de los programas de capacitación en conducción o de instructores en conducción y demás requisitos necesarios para su habilitación.
