EXENCION DEL TRABAJO. No estarán obligados a trabajar los mayores de 60 años o los que padecieren enfermedad que los inhabilite para ello, las mujeres durante los tres meses anteriores al parto y en el mes siguiente al mismo. Las personas incapacitadas para laborar que voluntariamente desearen hacerlo, deberán contar con la aprobación del médico del establecimiento. No obstante en los diferentes casos contemplados, el interno podrá acudir a la enseñanza o a la instrucción para la redención de la pena.
