Las autoridades de policía o aduaneras, según el caso, procederán al decomiso de los discos, cassettes y video - cassettes que circulen sin el cumplimiento de las normas previstas en este Decreto, y los entregarán al Fondo de Seguridad Social del Artista Colombiano.
