ARTICULO 170 . PENSION DE INVALIDEZ POR RIESGO DE ORIGEN NO PROFESIONAL Y PENSION DE SOBREVIVIENTES. Las pensiones de invalidez por riesgo común, así como las pensiones de sobrevivientes por el mismo riesgo, estarán reguladas por la Ley 100 de 1993.

Parágrafo

Para todos los aspectos cuya regulación fue remitida a la Ley 100 de 1993, regirán las disposiciones vigentes mientras se desarrolla la reglamentación de dicha ley.
