º . Las corporaciones de ahorro y vivienda que incumplan los porcentajes señalados en los numerales 1º, 2º y 3º del artículo 2º del presente Decreto, serán sancionadas por el Superintendente Bancario con multa equivalente al por 1 % del valor de los defectos. El otorgamiento de créditos por parte de las corporaciones de ahorro y vivienda en cuantía superior a 10.000 UPAC por unidad de vivienda, se sancionará con una multa hasta del cincuenta por ciento (50%) del valor del exceso.
