2.2.1.1.4. Contratos de arrendamiento sin opción de compra. Los establecimientos bancarios y las compañías de financiamiento podrán, igualmente celebrar contratos de arrendamiento sin opción de compra, los cuales se sujetarán a las disposiciones comunes sobre el particular. NOTA : Esta disposición fue reubicada desde el artículo 2.2.1.1.4 y modificada en este lugar, de conformidad con el artículo 62 del decreto 1745 del 2020.
