La implementación y desarrollo de la presente ley se atenderá con los recursos que el Gobierno Nacional viene asignando a La Rama Judicial, en cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el parágrafo transitorio del artículo 10 de la Ley 1285 de 2009, de acuerdo con las disponibilidades presupuestales, el Marco Fiscal de Mediano Plazo y el Marco de Gastos de Mediano Plazo.
