Pagos y garantías. Si para el establecimiento y ejercicio de las servidumbres, el dueño o poseedor del predio sirviente exigiere el pago de los perjuicios que se le causen o su garantía, así se procederá de inmediato, de acuerdo con las reglas que se señalan en el presente Capítulo.
