° Los Jueces del conocimiento no podrán pedir los sumarios a los investigadores designados por el Gobierno, conforme al artículo 5° de este Decreto, o por la Comisión. Solamente conocerán de ellos cuando se los remitan por considerarlos perfeccionados o cuando se trate de decidir recursos legales. El perfeccionamiento de los sumarios deberá hacerse dentro de los términos legales. El aviso de que trata el artículo 10, inciso 1* del Decreto legislativo número 1231 de 1951, se dará también a la Comisión Nacional de Instrucción Criminal.
