El Fondo de Educación se destinará a la formación, capacitación y adiestramiento de los asociados directivos y administradores de los Fondos de Empleados, en aspectos inherentes al desarrollo y extensión de estas forma asociativas, en actividades de investigación y estudios con similares propósitos, y en programas complementarios con análoga finalidad.
