Sujeción al régimen unificado de contraprestaciones . Los concesionarios de los servicios auxiliares de ayuda estarán sujetos de manera general a los trámites para la liquidación, cobro, recaudo y pago por concepto de las contraprestaciones por las concesiones, autorizaciones, permisos y registros en materia de telecomunicaciones establecidos en el Decreto 1972 de 2003 o régimen unificado de contraprestaciones.
