ARTICULO 2.2.2.6.1 .- INVERSIONES ADMISIBLES. Las empresas de almacenes generales de depósito sólo podrán poseer en propiedad aquellos inmuebles que sean necesarios para el logro adecuado de sus fines y de su objeto social; los muebles e inmuebles que se vean obligados a recibir por cuenta de obligaciones constituidas a su favor; los valores que deban adquirir conforme a sus disposiciones legales, y las acciones en entidades que no persigan fines de lucro; los enseres, útiles, herramientas, maquinaria y en general, el equipo necesario para el funcionamiento y para prestar un adecuado servicio.
