Ordénase el cambio de sede del Reformatorio de Menores, para lo cual el Ministerio de Justicia y el Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar tomarán las medidas del caso para la realización de estudios y proyectos y la construcción de las edificaciones requeridas, e incluirán dentro de sus presupuestos, a partir de 1974, las partidas necesarias para tal fin.
