Intégrase un Comité de Trabajo en la siguiente forma: - Un representante del Departamento Administrativo de Intendencias y Comisarías, quien lo presidirá. - Un representante del Ministerio de Gobierno. - Un representante del Ministerio de Hacienda. - Un representante del Departamento Nacional de Planeación. - Un representante de la Secretaría de Administración Pública de la Presidencia de la República; y - Un representante de la Escuela Superior de Administración Pública.

Parágrafo

Dentro de los tres días siguientes a la expedición del presente Decreto, los organismos indicados, designarán los representantes de que trata este artículo.
