Responsabilidad de los productores e importadores. Los productores e importadores de productos sujetos a reglamento técnico serán responsables por el cumplimiento, en todo momento, de las condiciones técnicas exigidas, independientemente de que hayan sido certificadas, sin perjuicio de la responsabilidad de los organismos de certificación que evaluaron dichos productos, de acuerdo con el tipo de certificación emitida.
