Si se hubiere estipulado que para hacer cesar el servicio sea necesario que el uno desahucie al otro, el que contraviniere a ellos sin causa grave, será obligado a pagar al otro una cantidad equivalente al tiempo del desahucio o de los dias que falten para cumplirlo.
