Parámetros documentales . Para la expedición de los actos a que se refiere este decreto, se seguirán los parámetros documentales señalados en el "Manual para la elaboración de textos normativos - proyectos de decreto y resolución" que se indica en el siguiente artículo. Los ministerios y departamentos administrativos adoptarán el modelo documental que deba utilizarse en todos sus actos y por las entidades adscritas o vinculadas, con el fin de cumplir los propósitos de este decreto.
