° En los Departamentos en donde existen Juntas Departamentales de Obras Públicas los Secretarios de esa Junta pasarán á los respectivos Administradores de Hacienda Nacional las cuentas de cobro por las sumas que se les remesen para atender á la conservación de las vías públicas departamentales y á los gastos de las demás obras de la misma naturaleza que se hallen pendientes en los Departamentos.
