Decreto 373 de 2011 · por el cual se ordena la publicación del Proyecto de Acto Legislativo número 013 de 2010 Senado - 123 de 2010 Cámara, por el cual se constituye el Sistema General de Regalías, se modifican los artículos 360 y 361 de la Constitución Política y se dictan otras disposiciones sobre el Régimen de Regalías y Compensaciones (Primera Vuelta).
