º. Fuentes de recursos. A partir de la vigencia del Decreto 350 de 1999 y durante los años 1999 y 2000, al finalizar cada mes, las Cajas de Compensación Familiar apropiarán el diez por ciento (10%) de los dineros destinados a los FOVIS para atender las necesidades de subsidios de vivienda de los habitantes de los municipios señalados en los decretos 195 y 223 de 1999.
