Las zonas francas controlarán que las mercancías y productos que ingresen a los terrenos bajo su jurisdicción, no sean trasladados a bodegas oficiales o a zonas aduaneras distintas del área de la respectiva zona. Para el efecto, no se autorizarán modificaciones en los registros de importación de mercancías y productos, cuyo destino sea una zona franca.
