En el caso de suicidio o muerte violenta de un detenido o condenado, o cuando se cometa dentro del establecimiento cualquier delito, el inspector vigilante dará cuenta al Director, quien está obligado a solicitar la intervención de la respectiva autoridad o funcionario de instrucción de acuerdo con lo que sobre el particular establece el código procesal penal.
