Artículo tercero. Los Servicios Seccionales de Salud enviarán al Ministerio de Salud las solicitudes que reciban junto con la documentación completa. No podrán recibirse ni enviarse al Ministerio solicitudes mal diligenciadas o sin la respectiva documentación.
