º. El amparo del seguro de desempleo, tendrá un período de carencia inicial de tres (3) meses contados a partir de la fecha en que se incluya al deudor como asegurado en la póliza colectiva de desempleo. Así mismo, tendrá un período de carencia, entre cada reclamación, igual al período de cobertura efectivamente pagado por la compañía de seguros en la reclamación anterior, adicionado en seis (6) meses.
