ARTICULO 427 . Libertad vigilada para inimputables por trastorno mental permanente . En los casos de trastorno mental permanente, cumplido el tiempo mínimo de medida de seguridad, podrá otorgarse libertad vigilada cuando el perito médico oficial aconseje dicha medida. En este caso se advertirá a los familiares o personas de quien dependa el liberado, velar por el cumplimiento de lo previsto en el artículo 97 del Código Penal. En cualquier momento el funcionario de oficio o a solicitud de parte, podrá revocar la libertad vigilada y disponer nuevamente el internamiento cuando el perito médico oficial lo aconseje.
