C. El que con motivo o con ocasión de un evento deportivo porte armas blancas se le impedirá el ingreso al escenario deportivo. Si a pesar del control previo, hubiere ingresado al evento deportivo armas blancas, será expulsado del escenario e incurrirá en multa de dos (2) a veinticinco (25) salarios mínimos legales mensuales vigentes. El que con motivo o con ocasión de un evento deportivo porte elementos, que a criterio de las autoridades de policía, sean potencialmente susceptibles de ser utilizados para causar daño, le serán retenidos por la autoridad de Policía mientras dure el espectáculo, como condición para permitir su ingreso o mantenerse en él, y serán devueltos posteriormente.
