ARTICULO 11. Los Oficiales que obtengan el título de "Profesores Militares" tienen derecho a que el Ministerio de Guerra les otorgue el Diploma de "Profesor Militar", cuyas características serán determinadas por dicho Ministerio y a que se les conceda la Medalla "Francisco José de Caldas", en la categoría de Profesor.
