° Cuando hubiere necesidad de descargar mercancías de un buque en días feriados o de noche, el Capitán o el Agente de la Compañía de Navegación a que pertenezca el buque, ocurrirá por escrito al Administrador de la Aduana del puerto en solicitud del permiso respectivo.
