Créase el empleó de Depositario de los aparatos y fábricas de destilación que pasen á ser propiedad del Gobierno, con la asignación mensual de ochenta pesos ($ 80) oro. El nombrado para el empleo que se crea por el presente Decreto prestará una fianza de dos mil pesos ($ 2,000) oro, á satisfacción del Ministerio de Hacienda y Tesoro, y cumplirá las órdenes é instrucciones que, en relación con dichos aparatos y fábricas, se le comuniquen por el mismo Ministerio. Comuníquese y publíquese.
