La mercancía procedente de naves o aeronaves víctimas de siniestro fuera de las aguas territoriales de la República, que se hallare en alta mar, podrá ser presentada con su correspondiente sobordo a cualquier aduana marítima y almacenada allí hasta que sea reclamada de acuerdo con la ley, y si en el hiciere término de seis meses no fuere reclamada, se la considerará abandonada.
