De conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 1882 del Código Judicial de la Union, corresponde al encargado del Poder ejecutivo del Estado en el cual se encuentre el establecimiento de castigo en que el reo sufra su condena, otorgar a éste la rebaja de que traten los dos artículos que se ponen en vigor por medio del presente decreto.
