Actividades especiales. En los establecimientos de enseñanza primaria, secundaria y normalista, los respectivos maestros o profesores dictarán en ese día conferencias sobre el idioma castellano y darán lectura a trozos escogidos de El Quijote, o de otras obras célebres de la literatura en idioma castellano.
