Articulo 34. Reposición. Contra las resoluciones que dicte el Gerente o los acuerdos del Consejo Directivo del Fondo en los asuntos de su competencia procede el recurso de reposición, surtido el cual se entenderá agotada la vía gubernativa. Cuando se decida la reposición interpuesta contra un acuerdo el Gerente someterá la providencia a la aprobación del Consejo:
