º . Responsabilidad del representante legal temporal. El representante legal temporal estará sujeto al régimen de responsabilidad previsto para los administradores en el Código de Comercio, tendrá la remuneración que establezca el Comité de Vigilancia la cual no podrá ser superior a la de quien ejercía el cargo de gerente o presidente de la empresa, y deberá presentar para aprobación del Comité de Vigilancia un informe de gestión correspondiente al periodo en el cual estuvo en el cargo, en el cual se dé cuenta del estado general de la empresa y contenga el inventario de los activos y pasivos de la misma.
