ARTICULO 3.1.6.3.6 .- AMPARO. El seguro de que trata el artículo anterior cubrirá las incapacidades permanentes ocasionadas en las circunstancias allí previstas, de acuerdo con las siguientes definiciones

Incapacidad permanente parcial, cuando el funcionario, o empleado, sufra disminución parcial definitiva de su capacidad laboral

Incapacidad Permanente total, cuando el funcionario, o empleado queda definitivamente inhabilitado para el ejercicio de sus funciones jurisdiccionales, y

Gran invalidez, cuando el funcionario o empleado, no sólo ha perdido definitivamente su capacidad laboral, sino que no pueda realizar por sí mismo funciones esenciales.
