Si el funcionario en período de prueba no lo superare por haber obtenido calificaciones insatisfactorias, no tendrá derecho a ser inscrito en la Carrera de la Registraduría Nacional y su nombramiento deberá ser declarado insubsistente por la Autoridad Nominadora, dentro de los quince (15) días siguientes al de la ejecutoria de la última calificación.
