La Corporación Financiera del Transporte en las restantes ciudades, actualmente incluidas en el programa de subsidio, pagará un subsidio mensual a los propietarios de buses que presten regular y exclusivamente el servicio de transporte público colectivo urbano y que están actualmente vinculados a empresas de transporte.
