Ley 104 de 1919 · Por la cual se dispone la división de algunos terrenos de resguardo

Decretada la división por el Juez se hará precisamente, dentro de los

cuarenta días siguientes a la ejecución de la providencia en que tal cosa se haga, un avaluó de los terrenos de resguardo, por zonas o lotes de valor diferente, teniendo en cuenta la calidad, la extensión, las aguas que los rieguen, la mayor o menor distancia de la capital del Departamento, y cuanto pueda influir en la apreciación. También se apreciaran dentro del mismo término los honorarios

Del partidos, en la forma que indica el artículo 43 de la Ley 40 de 1907 .
