ARTICULO 2.1.3.2.11 .- RECURSOS DEL FONDO DE CESANTIA. Los fondos de cesantía tendrán como fuentes de recursos las siguientes

a)

Las sumas que por concepto de auxilio de cesantía sean aportadas de conformidad con lo previsto en la legislación laboral;

b)

Las sumas entregadas como aportes voluntarios por los afiliados independientes;

c)

Los intereses, dividendos o cualquier otro ingreso generado por los activos que integran el fondo;

d)

El producto de las operaciones de venta de activos, así como los créditos que puedan obtenerse, y

e)

Cualquier otro ingreso que resulte a favor del fondo.
