º . El programa de desgravación para los productos incluidos en el Anexo número 3 se definirá en el momento en que se acuerde su incorporación. Para los productos incluidos en el Anexo número 3 que disfrutan de una preferencia porcentual sobre la tarifa arancelaria, se les mantendrá dicha preferencia hasta que se incorporen al programa de desgravación.
