Los pagos de pedidos al Exterior se harán mediante el giro de relaciones de autorización libradas al respectivo Cónsul, con cargo a las reservas de Auditoría los menores de cuatro mil pesos ($ 4.000), y los de tal suma en adelante, con cargo a las reservas hechas por el Contralor General.
