La Oficina General del Trabajo velará especialmente por el cumplimiento de las leyes sobre huelgas. Al efecto, podrá intervenir oficiosamente, o a solicitud de parte, en los conflictos colectivos entre patronos y obreros para impedir por todos los medios legales a su alcance la cesación del trabajo.
