º. El inciso primero del artículo 12 del Decreto 196 de 1995, quedará así: "Artículo 12. Recursos . El Fondo Nacional de Prestaciones Sociales del Magisterio llevará registros por entidad territorial y establecimiento público oficial y deberá administrar los recursos teniendo en cuenta los siguientes criterios concurrentes: -Manejo independiente de recursos de acuerdo con cada obligación prestacional o riesgo a cubrir en salud, pensiones y otras prestaciones. - Discriminación por cada entidad territorial o establecimiento público oficial de los ingresos correspondientes a los docentes vinculados de cada una de ellas".
