Guarda del testamento. El testamento será guardado por el notario en la cajilla de un banco, en una caja fuerte o en un lugar que ofrezca seguridad.
El notario llevará una relación de testamentos cerrados en la cual anotará el nombre del testador y el lugar donde están guardados aquellos.
