Celebración De Audiencias Públicas

El consejo Nacional Agropecuario y Agroindustrial celebrará audiencias públicas cuando así lo soliciten cuatro (4) de sus miembros.

Con el fin de recibir información y criterios útiles para el desempeño de sus funciones, el Consejo podrá requerir informes verbales o escritos a los organismos y entidades públicas y a las agremiaciones del sector agropecuario.

Es obligatorio para los servidores del Estado proveerlos, salvo que se trate de asuntos sometidos a la reserva legal.
