Artículo único. Los comerciantes obligados a estampillar los libros de comercio, según lo disponen los artículos 1°, ordinal 50, y 2°, del Decreto número 92 del corriente año, podrán cumplir con el requisito expresado hasta el último día del presente mes de marzo.
