Naves pesqueras. Las naves pesqueras no podrán transportar pasajeros ni carga. La DIMAR podrá en casos especiales y en forma transitoria autorizarlas, siempre y cuando no exista empresa habilitada y con permiso de operación con nave disponible para el servicio de que se trate.
