Si un árbol estiende sus ramas sobre suelo ajeno, o penetra en él sus raices, podrá el dueño del suelo exijir que se corte la parte escedente de las ramas, i cortar él mismo las raices.

Lo cual se entiende aun cuando el árbol esté plantado a la distancia debida.
